NewBrand Technologies School Management System is a cloud-based and you do not need to download any software. You can access it on any device and from anywhere. All you need is your login credentials and internet connection.

Even though our system is very user friendly; it does not bug you down with unnecessary features or threaten you with complicated interface. It is simple and yet we do offer training to get your institution up and running very quickly. No special IT skills required. Anyone can use the system. 

No. There is no setup fee for the first 100 clients. Be among the first 100 and register today if you have not. Once the trial period is over, you will need to change to a paid plan. This is actually done automatically by the system unless you choose not to.

Either works. You can buy the domain and give us the nameservers to integrate it. Note that we will only accept domain from this hosting site.  You can also request NewBrand Technologies to purchase the domain on your behalf. In this case, the domain fee will be part of your yearly fee.

It is for both private and public academic institutions. Professional institutions can also use provided they use similar system as the academic institutions.

It will take between 1 to 3 days. On most occasions, it will take just 24 hours. Because of domain integration (if provided by clients), DNS setup, and similar, it may take up to 3 days in some cases. Please note that nbSMS starts services fully on October 1st, 2024 but you must register your interest now to avail the free trial.

No. Since the system is cloud-based, and your existing domain is hosted on a different server, we recommend having a dedicated domain for the system.

Yes. You will need to provide us the report card and transcript formats your school is using and we will integrate the exact format into the management system.
